Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Note: Prior experience in BFSI Public Sector or Telecom is non-negotiable.

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with a strong background in BFSI Public Sector or Telecom environments. The ideal candidate will design and manage enterprise cloud infrastructure supporting mission-critical services.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain cloud infrastructure across BFSI Public Sector and Telecom environments.
• Support cloud modernization initiatives for banking government OSS/BSS billing and telecom platforms.
• Design and support cloud networking storage backup resiliency and disaster recovery solutions.
• Build infrastructure supporting telecom network operations 5G platforms and edge computing environments.
• Collaborate with architects engineers and operational teams.
• Implement cloud security governance and compliance controls.
• Manage infrastructure performance availability and capacity planning.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management processes.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues and incidents.
• Support enterprise transformation and modernization initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer within BFSI Public Sector or Telecom environments is required.
• Experience supporting banking systems government applications OSS/BSS billing charging or telecom operational platforms.
• Strong experience with cloud infrastructure technologies and services.
• Knowledge of networking virtualization storage and disaster recovery solutions.
• Understanding of governance compliance and security requirements.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale infrastructure environments.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience supporting mission-critical platforms.
• Cloud certification preferred.
