Clinical Support & Patient Care

  • Assist Nurses and Respiratory Therapists with patient assessments treatments and follow-up care.

  • Educate patients and caregivers on equipment usage treatment plans and health protocols.

  • Communicate effectively with patients families and healthcare team members.

Administrative & Scheduling

  • Schedule appointments manage clinical calendars and coordinate referrals.

  • Prepare and organize patient electronic charts medical records and clinical documentation.

  • Handle general office duties including answering phones managing correspondence and data entry.

  • Provide administrative support for CPAP and Home Oxygen therapy programs.

Equipment & Inventory Management

  • Maintain sanitize and perform preventive care on medical equipment.

  • Provide clients with product information specifically for CPAP equipment.

  • Manage clinical inventory track supplies and ensure stock levels are maintained.

Compliance & Professional Development

  • Strictly adhere to healthcare regulations safety protocols and patient confidentiality standards.

  • Participate in team meetings and training to continuously build clinical skills.

Are you a MATCH
  • College Certificate or Diploma in Medical Office Administration or Medical background preferred.

  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office ERP & Google systems with strong data entry skills and selling skills.

  • 1-2 years of experience in general office practice.

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate including skill set experience qualification and other job-related reasons. This job grade falls within a salary band starting at the minimum of $45000 with opportunity for advancement.
