This is a full-time permanent Monday to Friday position with pre-booked appointmentsno door-to-door sales no cold calling.

As a Client Service Representative youll visit homeowners at appointments arranged by our office and provide professional consultations regarding environmentally friendly home improvement solutions.

Your responsibilities include:

• Meeting with homeowners at company-scheduled appointments
• Performing simple in-home product evaluations (training provided)
• Understanding each customers needs and recommending appropriate solutions
• Explaining product features and benefits clearly and professionally
• Providing exceptional customer service from start to finish
• Building trust and long-lasting customer relationships
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
• Representing the H2O4Life brand with professionalism and integrity

Successful candidates typically have:

Previous experience in customer service hospitality retail sales account management home improvement or service industries is considered an assetbut is not required.
