Who You Will Work With:

Are you ready to dive into the heart of a high-impact team driving strategic initiatives across an organization Join the CX Strategy & Enablement team and gain hands-on experience supporting key functions across Client Experience CRM and Sales Enablement.

Youll work in a collaborative environment where your contributions help shape how we capture client insights translate them into action and improve the overall client journey.Youllgain exposure to how insights are gathered structured and used to inform strategic decisions.

What You Will Do:

  • Analyze CX feedback metrics and client inputs to surface insights that inform business and product decisions.

  • Support key business operations within the sales organization including process development internal reporting vendor exploration and broader initiatives.

  • Support sales and CX operations including processes reporting strategies AI enablement and key initiatives.

  • Improve client journeys by identifying touchpoints trends and opportunities for enhanced experiences.

  • Support strategy and roadmap updates ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Manage and maintain commercial platforms (Salesforce Qualtrics enablement tools) including reporting dashboards and data quality.

  • Produce stakeholder-facing presentations and materials that drive alignment inform decisions and support internal and external engagement.

What You Bring:

  • Currently completing an undergraduate degree from a creditable Canadian institution with a focus on Business Economics or a similar program

  • Solid verbal written and analytical communication skills. Youare able toarticulate your complex concepts succinctly in a clear concise manner. You would consider yourself a great storyteller

  • Relationship-building and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop trust and confidence work effectively and collaborative with individuals across multiple functions and levels you are client focused customer driven and work well under pressure

  • Proficiencyin the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word PowerPoint Excel Power BI MS Teams) with preference for those who can create visually engaging & compelling PowerPoint presentations

  • Understanding that success is in the details you notice things that othersdont. Your analytical skills help you to interpret data and inform your decision-making

  • Excellent research skills and resourcefulness with the ability to seek out answers to questions and problems solve ina timelymanner

  • Understanding and willingness to learn the payments fintech or financial services industry

  • You are a proactive problem-solver with a demonstratedtrack recordbeing able toidentifyissues as they arise and can triage accordingly

  • Comfortable with learning and working effectively either independently or with groups acrossdifferent functionsand levels are you committed to customer service

  • Proven time management and organization skills. You can prioritize and manage your time effectively to meet deadlines

Although notrequiredyou have some familiarity orpreviousexperience with the following:

  • Previousexperience working with a CRM platform (Salesforce) and other sales tools is an asset.

  • Previouscustomer experience account management or sales experience an asset

  • Presentation skills - ability to put together PowerPoint slide decks that present concepts and data in a clearconciseand informational way

  • Ability tothink outside the boxand propose creative ideas

  • Youdonttake yourself too seriously and enjoy having fun at work

The hourly pay range for this position is $23to $25 and the internship term runs fromSeptember to December 2026. The exact amount will depend on factors such as skills experience and job-related knowledge. An internship opportunity atInteracalso features:
