As aPersonal Insurance Associateyouwill help protectindividualsmost valuable this role youwillprovideoutstanding clientservice through your positive friendly mannerwhile educating clientsinyour excellent product knowledge inhabitational travel and automobile insurance.

A day in the life

• Engage with clients to understand and advise on their insurance needs to help develop the best coverage needed in all things Personal Insurance(habitational travel automobile)

• Follow-up regularly on sales leadsand referral prospects

• Processand conductrenewalsand ensure policies are processed and issued accuratelyin a timely manner

• Achievesales and retention goalsand targets

• Maintaininga high levelof knowledge inallour Personal Lines and Auto productsthrough continuous education and learning opportunities

What youwillbringto the team

• Minimum1-yearPersonal Insurance experience

• Level 2 General Insurance License is an asset but notrequired

• Desire and proactive ability to deliverexceptional clientservice

• Demonstrated ability to work in a high-volume fast paced team environment

• Keen eye for detail and high sense of urgency

• Strong communicationskillsin both written and verbal

• Demonstrated ability to drive sales initiatives

• Industry designationwould be consideredanasset(CIP CAIB CRM General Insurance & Risk Management Diploma)

Salary Expectations

The expectedsalary rangefor this position is$45000 to $50000and will beimpactedby factors such as the successful candidates skills experience and working location as well as the specific positions business line scope and level.
