Join Our Team as a Team Leader Cleaner!
We are currently seeking a Team Leader Cleaner for Tsawwassen Mills Shopping Mall in Delta BC. This is a full-time position where you will work alongside a team of three cleaners while also supervising and coordinating their daily tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in common areas ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all visitors.
- Clean residential and commercial areas within the property
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting mopping sweeping waxing floors and vacuuming
- Replenish supplies such as soap paper towels and toilet paper
- Respond promptly to spills broken glass and other cleaning needs
- Coordinate and assign duties to a team of three cleaners
- Ensure washrooms and common areas are sanitary and well-maintained
- Order cleaning supplies as needed
- Support and manage the cleaning team to maintain high standards
- Previous cleaning experience is an asset
- Strong communication skills and reliability
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written)
- Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Job Type: Full-time Permanent
- Pay: $21.00 per hour
- Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Experience:
- Cleaning: 2 years (preferred)
- Work Location: Delta BC
