Job Summary

- Job Status: Full time permanent
- Compensation: $28/hr (trip rated)

- Schedule: Monday to Friday Saturdays as needed. Between 6-10 hours per day. Hours may vary based on equipment availability (approx 32 hours per week average)

We are looking for class 1 truck drivers to join us and become part of our Arrow family in Saskatoon. As an Arrow driver you will be hauling steel products on super-B flat decks or tridem trucks within the city of Saskatoon.

- Valid Class 1 drivers license with air brake endorsement and a clean drivers abstract
- Previous B-Train and winter driving experience driving is required
- Ability to pass a preemployment drug screening and provide two job references
- Ability to drive a standard (manual) transmission
- Effective English communication skills both verbal and written for safe work execution documentation and coordination with dispatch and site personnel
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs overhead 75 lbs to shoulder height moving up to 100 lbs and sitting for extended periods
- Ability to take direction work independently with minimal supervision and crosstrain across facility functions
- Basic understanding of vehicle and trailer maintenance
- Strong safety quality and organizational mindset including task prioritization and meeting timelines
- Professional mature demeanor under stress; ethical accountable dependable and integritydriven
- Positive flexible team player with strong interpersonal skills and a solid work ethic
