Change Manager (Affinity Insurance)

What is in it for you:
Salaried: $36-41 per hour.
Incorporated Business Rate: $42-48 per hour.
7-month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.
Weekday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm.
On-site presence required on Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end change management activities for the transformation program.
Develop and execute change strategies covering stakeholder engagement communications training and adoption.
Assess change impacts across front-line users operations and leadership levels.
Anticipate resistance and design mitigation strategies.
Partner with program and project managers to integrate change activities into project plans.
Track milestones risks dependencies and readiness across workstreams.
Support governance forums with clear data-driven updates and recommendations.
Ensure alignment between business outcomes delivery plans and user experience goals.
Champion a holistic end-to-end user experience across customer-facing and internal processes.
Collaborate with UX Product Operations and Technology teams to ensure changes are intuitive usable and adoptable.
Translate complex process or system changes into user-centered narratives and enablement materials.
Build trusted relationships with executives senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
Facilitate workshops leadership sessions and decision forums.
Influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
Define and track success metrics including adoption proficiency engagement and value realization.
Gather feedback and insights to refine the change approach continuously.
Ensure transition plans are in place to support post-implementation sustainability.
What you will need to succeed:
Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline required.
2 to 3 years of experience in project management and/or change management within large complex initiatives.
Proven experience delivering large-scale transformation programs including business technology operating model or digital initiatives.
Demonstrated experience supporting front-to-back user experiences spanning customer operational and internal users.
Experience working in a consulting advisory or transformation-led environment is strongly preferred.
Experience managing multiple stakeholders across business technology and leadership teams.
Strong project management capabilities.
Strong change leadership capabilities.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to operate across strategy and execution.
Ability to build relationships with executives senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
Ability to influence and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
Background in project management within non-technical initiatives.
