Business Systems Analyst (IT AI S4HANA)

• Lead Finance workstream for S/4HANA implementation and stabilization
• Define reporting requirements chart of accounts and data structures
• Coordinate UAT user readiness and post-go-live enhancements
• Drive adoption of standardized finance processes

• Identify and implement AI/automation opportunities in finance processes
• Deploy advanced dashboards and KPI frameworks aligned to operations
• Enable tools (Power BI Fabric Copilot etc.) for scalable insights
• Build automated reporting for key drivers (inventory AR/AP cost drivers)

• Design scalable reporting models integrating SAP and other systems
• Ensure data governance integrity and consistency across divisions
• Translate business needs into technical/reporting solutions

• Assess financial/operational processes and identify control gaps
• Implement technology-enabled controls and monitoring solutions
• Improve reporting speed accuracy and transparency
• Standardize and enhance vendor callback confirmation processes using automation and AI-supported workflows to strengthen financial controls and audit traceability

• Corporate IT & SAP teams
• Finance leadership & divisional stakeholders
• Cross-functional teams (Ops HR)

• Degree in Business Analytics Computer Science or Finance with systems focus
• Experience with SAP (S/4HANA preferred)
• Hands-on AI / BI tools (Power BI Fabric Copilot etc.)
• Strong data modeling integration and automation skills
• Background in IT-enabled finance or transformation roles
