Business Systems Analyst Identity Access Management

Location: Toronto ON

Onsite Flexibility: Hybrid 2 days onsite 3 days work from home (potential for 4 days onsite in the future)

• Pay Rate: C$76.00C$92.00 / Hour (CAD)
• Shift / Schedule: MondayFriday core business hours 37.5 hours per week 7.5 hours per day; opportunity for additional approved hours
• Travel Requirements: Not required

This is a Business Systems Analyst role supporting workforce and identity management with a focus on authentication and authorization within a large enterprise environment. The position is a backfill and project support engagement within a team of 27 people. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work within Identity Access Management (IAM) at an enterprise level. The role involves approximately 4 hours per day in meetings on average with interaction primarily internal and minimal external. The contractor will not have access to customer data.

• 10 years of Business Systems Analyst experience
• Very in-depth knowledge of Identity Access Management (IAM)
• Enterprise-level environment experience banking or financial institution experience is preferred
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong prioritization and time management skills
• Detail oriented

• Agile or PM certifications (PM certification is preferred)
• Strong Agile experience

• Post-secondary education is an asset
• Agile or PM certifications are an asset

• 10 years of overall Business Systems Analyst experience

• Enterprise banking or financial institution background

• Hybrid work model: 2 days onsite 3 days work from home with potential shift to 4 days onsite in the future
• Anchor days are fairly flexible
• Approximately 4 hours per day spent in meetings on average
• Opportunity for additional hours; these must be approved prior to working
