Job Summary

You will be working on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelitys dynamic working arrangement.
The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026 when the work location will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.

Business Overview
The Business Project Manager - Digital Transformation is a key contributor to the Digital Transformation Office driving change across FIC to advance a client-centric and highly digital organization. This individual is responsible for leading initiatives that support the digitalization strategy delivering change management projects providing comprehensive support for business-led digital initiatives and enhancing organizational capabilities to address operational inefficiencies and identify opportunities for improvement.
How Youll Make an Impact
Business Project Management:
Plan and lead execution of business change management projects to successful completion
Support business stakeholders in achieving desired improvement in support of the digitalization strategy
Plan and execute business initiatives that drive digitalization by:
-Identifying resources required
-Developing a project plan with milestones
-Leading change management planning and execution activities
-Directing and managing day-to-day assigned tasks
-Collaborating with technology and business stakeholders
-Managing vendor and client relationships as required
Support Digitalization Efforts:
Lead discovery work for business initiatives supporting digitalization as required
Lead customer journey mapping exercises with business stakeholders and complete the related documentation
Prepare effective communications and presentations for working teams and senior management
Support digitalization initiatives by providing business oversight documenting needs/requirements and driving effective change management practices
Engage with strategic business and technology initiatives focused on enhanced client experience and/or operational effectiveness
Contribute to development of collaborative solutions by leveraging technology and business expertise across Fidelity enterprise and focusing on integrated long-term strategy
Monitor and track progress of initiatives:
Solicit input from key stakeholders to track and report on progress of digitalization initiatives
Monitor and track costs benefits and other key performance indicators for the digitalization portfolio
Manage reporting on digitalization initiatives for FIC
Support the preparation of effective communications and presentations for business stakeholders and senior management
The Expertise You Bring:
Excellent listening written verbal and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Excellent knowledge of project management practices and methodologies
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Organizational awareness focus on key partnerships teamwork and relationships building
Drive for results with ability to deal with and bring consensus to contentious issues
Solid understanding of finance industry and core business processes
Solid understanding of technology trends and ability to learn technology quickly

What We Are Looking For:
Minimum College degree (3-year program). Post-secondary education in the areas of IT Business or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 3 years work experience in roles related to Project Management or Business Analysis/Management
Minimum of 3 years experience in the financial industry
Customer journey mapping experience is an asset

Base Salary and Discretionary Performance Bonus: Total annual cash compensation ( base salary plus target bonus ) ranges from $117000 to $129000 based on your experience and qualifications.
