We are looking for an energetic curious and motivated individual to join our Business Improvement Team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a fast learner and wants exposure to a range of experiences in logistics Lean Six Sigma or project management. We are looking for someone with the right attitude strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define improvement initiatives in alignment with strategic goals and drive sustainable growth.
- Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead process improvement and innovation initiatives to drive improvement in safety customer satisfaction operational efficiency and employee engagement.
- Develop and implement visual controls and standard work procedures.
- Coordinate Business Continuity Program activities across the division working with stakeholders to maintain plans support testing and identify improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
- Curious motivated and eager to learn
- High-energy and comfortable working in a fast-paced changing environment
- Completion of an undergraduate Degree preferably in Engineering or Business Administration
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Clear communicator who can build relationships with stakeholders across the business
- Previous exposure to Lean Six Sigma logistics change management or project management is considered an asset but not required
