Job Summary
Preparing business cases in the Individual Insurance and Financial Services (AISF) sector to support investment decisions. Supporting the delivery of initiatives once they are approved.
- Clarify the context related to the need (stakeholders understanding of the problem etc.)
- Gather relevant information to define the current situation.
- Confirm business needs
- Confirm requirements
- Develop solution scenarios Recommend a solution
- Collaborate with the lead architect on scoping financial domains
- Contribute to Strategic Business Cases on monetary exchanges
- Identify solution components (including minimum viable product)
- Document and model business processes
- Estimate required costs and effort
- Identify implementation risks
- Establish an implementation plan
- Analyze and document business processes
- Coordinate procurement process requirements
- Participate in the execution phase (product backlog management)

Requirements
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Solid experience in developing business cases
- Knowledge of individual insurance and/or financial services
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- University degree or equivalent
- Several years of relevant experience including 3 years in preliminary project development (business cases opportunity assessments)
- Ability to work independently in a complex and fast-paced environment
- Have active participation in large-scale projects IIBA certification (an asset)
- SAFe certification (an asset)
