- Lead coach and hold branch employees accountable to company expectations and Core Values.
- Foster a positive respectful customer-focused and safety-first culture.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch including warehouse plant service delivery andretail functions.
- Ensure branch financial performance by managing budgets expenses productivity and profitability.
- Monitor branch inventory levels and coordinate purchasing.
- Maintain Canadian Bottled Water Association (CBWA) compliance and operational standards.
- Oversee employee scheduling vacation requests time-off approvals and staffing requirements.
- Complete employee coaching performance evaluations and progressive discipline when required.
- Help to recruit onboard train and mentor new employees.
- Ensure company policies procedures and safety standards are consistently followed.
- Maintain accurate branch reporting including Watertight reporting and operational metrics.
- Support company growth initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
- Serve as the primary emergency contact for branch security and operational issues.
- Collaborate with other departments such as Sales Inventory Control HR Safety Finance and other branch managers to achieve overall company objectives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Proven leadership abilities and a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lead with accountability while building trust and engagement.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to make sound decisions independently.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Strong computer skills and willingness to learn company software systems.
- Graduated high school.
- Clean RCMP Criminal Record Check.
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
- Ability to read write communicate professionally and complete administrative responsibilities.
