Bookkeeper Part-Time

BUTTING Canada supplies our North American customers with welded pipes machined and fabricated components pressure vessels and storage tanks manufactured in our plants in Germany USA and China.

• Invoice entry and processing (Accounts Payable)
• Uploading credit card receipts reviewing statements for completeness and preparing reconciliations
• Monitoring and processing the Finance inbox
• Preparing Accounts Receivable statements
• Performing inventory checks in the ERP system
• Performing various administrative and accounting tasks as needed

• Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable is considered an asset
• Strong attention to detail organizational skills and a high level of accuracy
• Discretion when handling financial information and ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Experience with accounting software or ERP systems is considered an asset
• Fluent in English; German is considered an asset
