Automotive Technician

HR is seeking a licensed 310S Automotive Service Technician to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair maintenance and diagnostics with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated technician looking for stable full-time employment in a professional dealership environment.

Schedule: Full-time (some Saturdays required)

Compensation (flat rate): $65771 $105184 annually (based on experience and productivity)

Duties:

• Diagnose repair and service vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards
• Perform work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Accurately complete repair orders and documentation
• Assist with vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards
• Work independently while collaborating with team members to ensure the timely completion of work orders
• Uphold high standards of customer service by explaining repairs and recommendations clearly to clients
• Adhere to workplace health and safety policies in accordance with Ontario regulations.

Qualifications:

• Valid 310S Automotive Service Technician certification (preferred)
• Diesel repair credentials (asset)
• Prior experience working with hand tools and power tools in an automotive setting
• Strong work ethic attention to detail and commitment to quality
