Associate Securities Operations (Full-Time Onsite)

Endeavor Trust Corporation is a provincially regulated financial institution and transfer agent in downtown Vancouver. We work behind the scenes of the Canadian securities market supporting public and private companies with share transactions financings corporate actions and shareholder record management.
Were hiring a detail-oriented reliable and proactive person to join our Securities Operations team. This role is well-suited to someone early in their career who enjoys structured work takes pride in accuracy and wants to build experience within the financial services industry.
No prior securities experience required we provide training.
While the role begins with core processing responsibilities it forms the foundation of our operations. Team members who demonstrate strong accuracy reliability and critical thinking over time may have the opportunity to take on more complex responsibilities such as corporate actions leading AGM coordination and compliance support.

What Youll Do:
- Process share transactions and maintain accurate shareholder records using internal systems.
- Prepare review and organize documents related to share issuances transfers and corporate actions.
- Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders (including lawyers accountants and corporate directors/officers etc.).
- Produce and distribute share statements and share certificates.
- Assist with organizing documentation for annual general meetings.
- Support the team with administrative tasks and operational projects as needed.
What Were Looking For:
Must-Have:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a deadline-driven environment.
- Comfort working with computers and learning new systems.
- Clear professional written and verbal communication.
- Takes ownership of task follows through and asks questions when unsure.
- Reliable punctual and dependable.
- Basic proficiency with Excel Word and Outlook.
Nice-to-Have:
- 12 years of office finance legal or administrative experience handling documents and data entry.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time onsite (not remote).
- Monday to Friday 8:30am5:00pm.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $20 - $26 /hour (approximately $42000$54000/year based on full-time hours) depending on experience.
