Job Summary
WORKFORCE Dental Staffing is seeking an Associate Dentist on behalf of a growing and modern dental practice in Nanaimo BC.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Associate who is looking to join a supportive team build a strong patient base and grow alongside a practice that is experiencing consistent monthly growth. The office is equipped with modern technology including same-day crown capabilities and on-site technical support allowing clinicians to provide efficient high-quality care to their patients.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Office hours are 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Flexible scheduling may be available for the right candidate
Compensation
- 40% of collections
- Strong earning potential due to the growing patient base
- Licensed and eligible to practice dentistry in British Columbia is required
- Previous experience is preferred as this is currently a single-dentist practice
- New graduates are welcome to apply as mentorship is available
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
