What Youll Be Doing

Reporting directly to the Site Superintendent youll play a key role in the day-to-day management of site operations helping deliver a complex high-rise development safely efficiently and to the highest standards.

What Were Looking For

Youll be someone who enjoys being on site thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional projects.

Youll ideally bring:

• 3 years of construction experience on complex residential mixed-use or commercial projects.
• Experience as an Assistant Site Superintendent Site Coordinator Foreman or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and trade coordination.
• Experience reading construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• A proactive approach to problem solving.
• Strong commitment to health & safety and quality.
• Experience using Procore Bluebeam or other construction management software is considered an asset.
