Lovell Drugs Brock is looking for a full-time Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Kingston we offer:Collaborative Environment: Work alongside a dedicated team of pharmacists and healthcare professionals and an administrative team to deliver comprehensive patient care providing you with the flexibility to look after your patients while ensuring a work-life balancePrime Locations: Benefit from high-traffic retail pharmacy locations that increase visibility and accessibility for your practice while taking advantage of nearby pharmacy and drug Arrangements: Explore various partnership models tailored to suit your professional needs and Support: Access a team that provides complimentary services digital tools and technologies and clinic administrative support to enhance the quality of patient care delivery streamline operations and close the care gap in rural Were Looking For:We are seeking an enthusiasticAssistant Store Managerwho possesses the following skills:Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate teams and supporta positivecustomer and employee organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail customer service communication and conflict resolution and operational acumen with the ability to interpret store metrics and support performance of compliance confidentiality health and safety and standard operating procedures within a retail or pharmacy to adapt quickly solve problems effectively and work collaboratively across :Support and help lead initiatives that advance the stores strategic daily store operations across both the pharmacy and front store to ensure service merchandising workflow and operational standards are consistently to and promote the Neighbourly Pharmacy policy manual fostering a positive work environment that attracts retains and engages in supervising hiring coaching scheduling and developing team members to promote engagement accountability and high store performance indicators such as sales shrink labour service levels and operational productivity and support action plans to improve with pharmacy leadership to support dispensary workflow patient service inventory practices and compliance with applicable professional legal and company with inventory management receiving replenishment ordering cycle counts and stock accuracy for both pharmacy support areas and front store store adherence to health and safety procedures cash handling controls privacy expectations security standards and all applicable regulatory as a key leader on duty and assume responsibility for the store in the absence of the Pharmacy Manager or other designated leader. Work collaboratively with HR to support hiring discipline and termination activities as and investigate insurance coverage benefits eligibility co-payments deductibles and prior authorization submit and follow up on all required forms and documentation within established with private and public insurance providers to determine available coverage options and reimbursement current on changes to insurance coverage and reimbursement policies and communicate relevant updates to patients and healthcare tasks to support theStore Operator/Pharmacy Manager and District :Postsecondary education in business retail management healthcare pharmacy or a related field is considered an 2 to 3 years of leadership experience in retail pharmacy or a customer-facing operational environment is supporting pharmacy operations regulated environments or health-related retail settings is considered an experience in team supervision scheduling coaching and performance people management and interpersonal skills including motivation delegation conflict resolution active listening and respectful attitude with excellent communication skills for interacting with customers staff and knowledge of inventory control merchandising practices cash handling and operational working with store systems point-of-sale tools Microsoft Office applications and pharmacy or retail management to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays as required by store drivers licence Record Check requiredSchedule:40 hours per store operates Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Regular shifts are scheduled within these days and & Benefits:Paid vacationComprehensive health and dental benefitsOpportunity for career growth and professional development supportWho We Are:Neighbourly Pharmacy is Canadas largest and fastest growing network of community pharmacies.
