Apparel Production Supervisor

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations in Apparel Production while ensuring all employees are operating in a safe and efficient manner in the Embroidering Picking/Stocking Alterations and Quality control teams. They will also communicate with the Apparel Sales and Sales Support team to plan workload and ensure our customers needs are met and product is shipped within committed timelines.

• Order execution ensuring orders are completed within committed timelines. Focal point for order escalations (clothing and promotional hard goods)
• Day to day operations (Embroidery Picking Stock Alterations and Quality) - Scheduling people management Payroll 5S etc.
• Logo management - Ensuring all current and new logos are stored in the apparel database with proper documentation including thread colors and location on garments.
• Provide coaching and direction on business policy and procedures
  

• Trade Certification or College Diploma
• 4 Years Experience
• Microsoft 365 Suite
• Communication Skills (verbal and written)
