Whats the position
As an Analyst - Operations Regulatory Risk youll be an integral part of our Regulatory Risk team within Customer Operations primarily focus on the compliance monitoring testing and documentation of controls within Operational teams. Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies within our operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in development and implementation of compliance monitoring frameworks tailored to the specific needs of the organisation including regular reviews and updates as necessary.

• Engaging effectively with internal stakeholders across different areas to drive alignment and collaboration on risk management initiatives.

• Conducting assessments of existing controls to identify gaps and weaknesses and recommending enhancements to mitigate compliance risks effectively

• Write and maintain SOPs and Internal Controls documentation up to date making sure everything is clear accurate and easy to follow.

• Work closely with different teams across multiple projects at once prioritizing and triaging requests based on whats most urgent.

• Stay highly organized while managing competing priorities; experience with SharePoint is a plus.

• Bachelors Degree related qualification or Risk/Compliance experience in the online gaming Industry.

• The ability to review and interpret data and activity in order to make accurate decisions.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross- functional teams.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge and understanding of the rules and regulations of the gaming industry.

• The ability to adapt to changing priorities and to thrive in a fast- paced work environment.

• Ability to work nights weekends and holidays.
