Overview:

• The client is looking for a senior agile coach attached to the Agile Center of Excellence to embed an agile delivery culture across multiple value streams.
  
• The mandate relies on the Beneva Value Creation System (BVCS) inspired by SAFe which puts the train-level experience at the heart of the qualification.
  
• The role combines three aspects: coaching people and teams (PO SM RTE managers) measuring and improving flow through data and contributing to the CoEs service offerings.
  
• The requirement for IT development experience combined with support for CI/CD practices sets this mandate apart from coach positions focused solely on team practices.
  
• The list of interpersonal skills is extensive and mainly validated in interviews but several elements can still be observed on the resume: train-level facilitation influencing leadership without hierarchical authority data-informed mindset.

Required:

• Software development experience
  
• Mastery of Agile delivery modes (Scrum Kanban SAFe Lean DevOps)
  
• In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum Kanban SAFe etc.)
  
• Mastery of Jira Confluence SharePoint
  
• Interpersonal skills (psychological safety emotional intelligence communication influence leadership systemic reading train-level facilitation data-informed posture autonomy building critical thinking innovation)
  

Asset:

• SAFe SPC certification
