Reporting to the Manager Employee Support the Administrator HR Support serves as a first point of contact for employees leaders and HR partners across North America. This role provides support through phone email and case management systems assisting with HR payroll benefits and policy-related inquiries while delivering an exceptional employee experience.
What Youll Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries received through phone email and ServiceNow
- Respond to questions related to HR policies payroll benefits leaves and employee programs
- Educate employees on HR processes systems and self-service tools
- Provide support with benefits enrollment and basic technical troubleshooting
- Work with subject matter experts and internal partners to resolve inquiries and escalate complex issues when required
- Maintain accurate case documentation and employee records
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process documentation updates
- Participate in cross-training activities
- Safeguard confidential employee information
- Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting service level expectations
- Ability and willingness to work statutory holidays on a scheduled rotation to support HR operations and service commitments
What Youll Bring:
- Diploma Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1 years of customer service HR support administrative or related experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Experience with Microsoft 365; SAP SuccessFactors or ServiceNow considered an asset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving analytical and organizational skills
