HowYoullMake a Difference

The Administrative Services team keeps things running smoothly andarethe extra pair of hands that everyone in our office needs. They provide reliable administrative support to all other departments and work collaboratively together to ensure all requests are completed as efficiently as possible.While not the primary point of contact for clients the Administrative Services team provides regular support for front desk and phone line coverage helping to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all.You will:

• Ensure all team members have all relevant information for their files as quickly as possible by processing incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail faxes couriers etc.) in an efficient manner

• Take care of our team by keeping the office and kitchens fully stocked with office supplies and groceries

• Support facilities management by coordinatingmaintenancerequests managing service providers and helping ensure our workspace is functional

• Maintain secure document practices by organizing filing and tracking key documents and information

• Work collaboratively with the team toprovideadditionalassistance on filesand other projectsas necessary
