Account Technology Strategist, Government

An amazing opportunity to lead Microsofts Technology Strategy as the Chief AI Officer for a key set of government customers in BC leveraging all aspects of Microsoft.

Microsofts Enterprise Account Team focuses on empowering customers on their AI Transformation journey. This team is responsible for envisioning new possibilities for our customers delivering solutions that result in targeted business outcomes and driving revenue growth for Microsoft.

As an Enterprise Account Technology Strategist you will take the lead in translating the customers business priorities into a viable technology strategy and roadmap encompassing Microsofts solutions. You have technical depth in AI Security and Agentic architectures and can use them to both design AI Transformation Plans as well as build initial agentic solutions.

In collaboration with an Enterprise Account Executive you will orchestrate the Microsoft and partner team to develop technology leadership and excellence to your customers. You will bring industry-relevant solutions to help the customers to securely adopt and embrace AI technologies. With a proven history of innovating technical solutions to achieve customers business objectives and achieving account growth targets this role will give you the opportunity to combine your technology and industry knowledge to deliver on secure AI solutions to accelerate your customers AI vision and to ultimately become their trusted technology advisor.

• Customer AI and Security Strategy Leadership - Document and articulate the customers business objectives technology landscape and AI and Security strategy to lead and drive security and AI conversations.
• Customer Technology Leadership - Develop and nurture trusted relationships with C-level technology executives across the business.
• Drive Operational and Commercial Excellence- Lead technical decision maker conversations and governance with the customer and the v team to ensure the customer is using and getting value from Microsofts portfolio of solutions.
• Engage deeply with the customers using consultative selling skills and challenge customers assumptions with constructive dialogue about their business and technology.
• Industry Knowledge Articulate and understand specific industry-related market trends as well as customer threats opportunities and barriers to growth as they relate to the customers broader industry.

Account Technology IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $128000 - CAD $222400 per year.
