Our global network includes facilities in Canada the United States and Hungary ensuring regional expertise and global Position:General:Month End journal entries in SageProcess HST and provincial remittances monthlyPerform day to day reporting and monthly financials for Eclipse companiesProcess month end reconciliations related to areas of responsibilityAccounts Receivable:Issue project-based customer invoices as requiredIssue other invoices as requiredReceive and deposit cheques and perform cash application in SageForward invoices to project managers for approvalFile approved invoicesExpenses:Maintain the credit card programs for the companyIssue new Amex cards to employees who have been requested to travelInsurance Contact:Obtain certificates of insurance from our provider to supply to customers and other business partners as Execution:Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a team environment and actively participate in group meetings safelyComplete other duties and projects as assignedEnsure scheduled milestones are metNotify the appropriate departments if milestones are not metAdhere to the Eclipse Project Operating PolicyMaintain good corporate citizen role in support of the Eclipse corporate VisionEnsure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the Eclipse Automation Inc.
