Microsofts Enterprise Account Team focuses on empowering customers on their AI Transformation team is responsible for envisioning new possibilities for our customers delivering solutions that result in targeted business outcomes and driving revenue growth for Microsoft.
As anEnterprise Account Executive you will have the opportunity to drive Transformation in partnership with our most Strategic customers with a focus on AI Copilot and Security to achieve both Microsoft and customer business your large multi-functional team across the breadth of the Microsoftsolutionsportfolio engage at the most senior levels of your customerandbring industry-relevantsolutions to help the customeradopt and embrace digital technologies.

Responsibilities
Customer Advocate Develops and oversees the execution of account plan(s) to ensure Microsoft revenue targets and customer outcomes are met.
Engages with internal and external stakeholders on business planning to promote mutually beneficial customer digital transformation strategies.
Orchestrates full customer team across all areas of Microsoft to ensure we are focused on delivering customer outcomes across the customer lifecycle to build deep trust with Microsoft.
Industry Relevant Trusted Seller Proactivelydevelopsa strong understanding of the customersbusinessindustry prioritiesto drive new business opportunities/ drive growth/net new business.
Advocates on behalf of the customer internally ensuring requests and needs of assigned accounts are being addressed.
DeliverSales Excellence Leads and orchestratesextended virtual teamsacross our solution areastoconsistently achieve growth inrevenue &market share.
Industry KnowledgeBuildsand maintains a strong knowledge of customersindustry associated business strategy and key industry partners and deeper insights and knowledge through direct engagement in their customersbusiness and operations.
Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Business Administration AND 4 years experience working in an industry (e.g. financial services retail manufacturing healthcare energy government education) driving digital transformation or other relevant work experience (e.g. consulting technology) OR Bachelors Degree in Business Technology or related field AND 6 years experience working in an industry (e.g. financial services retail manufacturing healthcare energy government education) driving digital transformation or other relevant work experience (e.g. consulting technology) OR equivalent experience.
- Masters Degree in Business Administration AND 8 years experience working in an industry (e.g. financial services retail manufacturing healthcare energy government education) driving digital transformation or other relevant work experience (e.g. consulting technology) OR Bachelors Degree in Business Technology or related field AND 12 years experience working in an industry (e.g. financial services retail manufacturing healthcare energy government education) driving digital transformation or other relevant work experience (e.g. consulting technology) OR equivalent experience.
- 5 years account management experience OR equivalent.
Account Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $142800 - CAD $214900 per year.
