Intern, Performance Analyst

• Business KPI Tracking: Monitor track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across business functions to identify trends operational performance and growth opportunities.
• Dashboard & Report Alignment: Design build and maintain automated Google Sheets dashboards with Regional Market Analyst Team and reports to support weekly monthly and quarterly business reviews.
• Data Extraction & SQL Support: Write optimize and execute SQL queries to extract transform and clean raw data from databases to support ad-hoc analytics requests.
• Cross-Functional Support: Partner with stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs and provide support as well as project management
• Trend & Anomaly Analysis: Conduct root-cause analysis on business performance variances highlighting key drivers risks and actionable insights for decision-makers.
• Workflow Optimization: Identify opportunities to automate any manual work using Python or any other programming language

Qualifications :

• Currently pursuing or recent graduate in Data Science Computer Science or a related field.
• Foundational understanding of database structures data modeling and data pipelines.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Python is a plus
• Problem-solving ability with interest in root-cause analysis variance tracking and turning raw data into business insights.
• Clear verbal and written skills to explain data findings effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Self-motivated proactive learner who thrives in dynamic environments and can manage project deadlines.
