CCNC & Everling Asset are looking for a motivated and active Digital Sales Officer to manage online sales channels and support our customers through social media and digital platforms.

Position: Digital Sales (Online Sales)

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via Facebook Telegram TikTok and other online platforms
• Promote and sell gym memberships supplements and fitness products online
• Follow up with potential customers and convert them into buyers or members
• Update product information promotions and pricing on digital platforms
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for order processing and delivery
• Prepare simple online sales reports

Requirements

1. Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field (or relevant experience)
2. Experience in online sales social media sales or customer service is preferred
3. Good communication and customer service skills
4. Familiar with social media platforms and messaging tools
5. Active responsible and sales-oriented
