Trust & Safety Specialist — Turkish & English + Relocation

About the role Join a global customer experience company delivering content moderation for one of the worlds most-played mobile game studios. As a Trust & Safety Specialist you will review user-generated gaming content and apply client policy to keep the platform safe fair and welcoming for millions of players.

Responsibilities

• Review user-generated content against client community guidelines
• Take accurate moderation decisions within agreed quality and productivity targets
• Escalate sensitive or ambiguous cases according to policy
• Contribute feedback to improve moderation guidelines and processes

Requirements

• Fluent or native-level Turkish
• Strong written and spoken English
• Eligibility to work in the EU
• Willingness to work on-site in Sofia and across a rotating schedule
• Sound judgement attention to detail resilience when handling sensitive content

Schedule Shifts between 07:00 and 22:00 Monday to Sunday. Contract hours negotiable for local candidates.

Training 2 weeks on-site fully paid.

Compensation & benefits

• 1300.00 gross/month
• Welcome bonus: 1500 gross for EU-eligible candidates 750 after 3 months 750 after 6 months (subject to no resignation notice submitted)
• Relocation bonus: 1500 gross paid in 2 installments
