CloserHire is partnering with a global digital media and customer experience leader to recruit a Spanish-speaking Content this role you will review and approve digital advertising content to ensure safety accuracy and compliance with internal policies. This is a great opportunity for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy working in a structured non-voice environment.

Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate advertiser content (text images video audio) before it goes live
- Approve reject or label campaigns based on internal policy and safety guidelines
- Identify and take action on policy violations using specialized tools
- Respond to internal inquiries via email and ticketing systems
- Work with internal data and create accurate moderation reports
- Collaborate with your team while independently managing your own task queue
- Maintain high accuracy and consistency while working with sensitive or time-critical content
Qualifications:
- Native/C2 level Spanish
- B2C1 English for internal communication
- Previous experience in customer service content review or operations is an advantage
- Awareness and understanding of cultural political and social context (Spanish/DACH)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick objective decisions
- Good time management and task prioritization skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Drive tools
- Experience with Salesforce or live chat platforms is a plus
- Social media savvy with good awareness of pop culture and digital trends
