Spanish-speaking Content Moderator

CloserHire is partnering with a global digital media and customer experience leader to recruit a Spanish-speaking Content this role you will review and approve digital advertising content to ensure safety accuracy and compliance with internal policies. This is a great opportunity for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy working in a structured non-voice environment.

Your Role

• Review and moderate advertiser content (text images video audio) before it goes live
• Approve reject or label campaigns based on internal policy and safety guidelines
• Identify and take action on policy violations using specialized tools
• Respond to internal inquiries via email and ticketing systems
• Work with internal data and create accurate moderation reports
• Collaborate with your team while independently managing your own task queue
• Maintain high accuracy and consistency while working with sensitive or time-critical content

Your Profile

• Native/C2 level Spanish. B2C1 English for internal communication
• Previous experience in customer service content review or operations is an advantage
• Awareness and understanding of cultural political and social context (Spanish/DACH)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick objective decisions
• Good time management and task prioritization skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a global technology brand
• Drive tools
• Experience with a leading CRM platform or live chat platforms is a plus
• Social media savvy with good awareness of pop culture and digital trends
• Only local applicants in Bulgaria will be considered
