Are you a Dutch speaker looking for a consultative high-impact customer role in an international setting We are hiring a Solutions Consultant to join our vibrant Sofia team where your Dutch language skills will be instrumental in delivering outstanding service to customers of a globally respected brand.
As a Solutions Consultant you will go beyond answering questions you will listen diagnose and solve becoming a reliable and trusted point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers. This is a role for those who take pride in finding the right answer and making a real difference in every conversation.
Your responsibilities:
- Handle inbound Dutch-language customer contacts via phone email and chat
- Understand the root cause of issues and deliver tailored effective solutions
- Manage escalations with professionalism and clear communication
- Keep accurate records of all interactions in internal systems
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices
What we are looking for:
- Dutch: C1/C2 level (native or near-native)
- English: solid working proficiency
- Consultative customer-first mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a structured target-driven environment
- Available to work on-site in Sofia
