CloserHire is partnering with a leading global professional services company to recruit a Snowflake Data Architect for its Cloud Services team in Sofia Bulgaria. This is an outstanding opportunity to join an international team delivering large-scale data transformation programs for the banking and financial services sector. Youll play a key role in designing enterprise-grade cloud data platforms enabling regulatory compliance modern analytics and data-driven decision-making using cutting-edge cloud technologies.

Day to day that means design and implement centralized snowflake data platforms with standardized data models and reusable data products architect end-to-end data pipelines using modern cloud data architectures including bronze Silver and Gold layers develop scalable high-performance and cost-efficient Snowflake solutions integrate data quality metadata and data lineage into enterprise platform designs and lead reporting transformation initiatives including legacy system migrations and modern analytics enablement.

• Strong understanding of data governance metadata management data quality and lineage frameworks
• Experience with data integration technologies including APIs Kafka and batch processing
• Hands-on experience with modern ELT/ETL technologies such as dbt Azure Data Factory or Databricks
• Vault and domain-driven design
• Strong background in enterprise data modeling including Data
• Experience delivering regulatory data transformation and reporting initiatives including BCBS 239
• Strong expertise in Snowflake and cloud data architectures (AWS Azure or GCP)
