Job Title: Service Solution Manager
Job Location: Sofia Bulgaria
Main Responsibilities:
As a Service Solution Manager you will play a key role in bridging technical commercial and delivery teams:
Participate in contract reading drafting and negotiation ensuring alignment with customer needs
Manage stakeholder communication and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners
Collaborate with sales solution channel partners and R&D teams to deliver tailored service solutions
Coordinate and mobilize internal and external global resources for project success
Support presales activities with a strong technical understanding of Huaweis solutions
Develop and deliver presentations to customers and stakeholders
Contribute to team collaboration knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Education & Experience
Bachelors degree in electrical engineering Information Technology Automation or a related field
Previous experience in technical presales or service solution roles
Experience in photovoltaics energy storage or transformer commissioning is a strong advantage
Skills & Competencies
Strong contract management and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Good planning organization and teamwork skills
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders
Capability to learn and understand complex technical products
Experience coordinating resources in a global environment
Technical Skills
Proficiency in electrical tools such as multimeters and oscilloscopes
Solid technical understanding of energy or ICT solutions
Languages
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Mobility
Willingness to travel for business and provide onsite support when required
