Sales Development Representative – German Speaking

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in outbound sales lead generation and business development particularly within the tech or digital advertising sectors.

As an SDR you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities engaging with potential clients and building a high-quality sales pipeline. You will work closely with both sales and marketing teams contributing directly to revenue growth and market expansion.

This is a fully remote position offering flexibility while being part of a collaborative and international work environment.

Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold calling and outbound prospecting
Identify engage and qualify potential clients to build a strong sales pipeline
Schedule meetings and pass qualified leads to account executives
Accurately log all activities and client interactions in the CRM system
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies
Stay up to date with industry trends competitors and market developments
Continuously refine sales approaches to improve conversion rates

Fluency in German and English (minimum B2 level)
At least 2 years of experience in outbound sales or cold calling (preferably in tech or digital advertising)
Strong understanding of lead generation qualification and sales funnel management
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
Self-driven results-oriented and comfortable working independently
EU citizenship refugee status or a valid Bulgarian residence permit (minimum 1-year validity)
