Hypergen is a B2B lead generation agency working with startups across the US UK and EU. We run outbound campaigns that generate real pipeline - and that means our systems data and workflows need to be rock solid behind the scenes.
What Youll Do
Build and optimize GTM workflows and processes with a strong focus on top-of-funnel operations.
Manage and maintain our HubSpot instance - pipelines automations reporting data hygiene.
Build and maintain enrichment and outbound workflows using Clay.
Set up and manage integrations between our GTM tools.
Use Claude / Claude Code to build internal tools automations and process efficiencies.
Own end-to-end implementation of new tools and processes as we scale.
Work closely with Marketing Sales and Customer Success to keep GTM strategy aligned.
Job requirements
Must-Haves
Proven experience in RevOps (or Sales/Marketing Ops) for B2B companies.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot (workflows pipelines reporting automation).
Hands-on experience with Clay or strong working knowledge and confidence to use it.
Experience with Claude / Claude Code or similar AI tools applied to GTM/ops work.
Experience building processes and implementations from scratch.
Excellent communication and project management skills - comfortable working independently across multiple workstreams.
Available part-time and able to deliver reliably on a flexible schedule.
Bonus points if...
Youve worked across Marketing Sales and Customer Success (full-funnel view).
Familiarity with tools like Salesforce Zapier ClickUp or Instantly.
Youre active in RevOps communities (RevOps Co-op RevOps Chat etc.).
Youre bilingual - English/Spanish is a plus.
