Relocate from Serbia to Sofia Bulgaria Full-time On-site
About the role
Were recruiting experienced Retention Agents in Serbia on behalf of a large regulated forex company. The role is full-time and on-site at the companys office in Sofia Bulgaria and you will relocate there with a relocation package. Youll manage a portfolio of existing trading clients build long-term relationships with them and grow their deposits and trading activity.
Key responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of active trading clients
Build long-term client relationships by phone and email
Encourage further deposits and ongoing trading activity
Re-engage inactive clients and reduce churn
Keep clients up to date on market news products and platform features
Handle client queries and concerns professionally
Hit monthly retention and deposit targets
Keep accurate client records in the CRM
Follow all regulatory and compliance procedures
Requirements
Currently based in Serbia
At least 1 year of retention experience in forex or CFDs
Fluent spoken and written English
Strong relationship-building upselling and objection-handling skills
Good understanding of financial markets and trading products
Target-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment
Willing to relocate to Sofia full-time
