Subject Matter Expert with German (m/f/d)
We are currently looking for a Subject Matter Expert with German to join our team.
Job Description:
- Answer front-line calls for a minimum agreed period
- Conduct coaching sessions
- Provide in-line support
- Support the Performance Management team
- Act as a contact person for guideline violations
- Handle Supervisor Calls
- Lead quality discussions
- Manage back-office activities
- Implement mandate and refresher trainings
- Serve as a role model in the areas of information security data protection and occupational safety
Our Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of proven relevant experience
- Fluency in German
- Good command of English (B2 level is considered an advantage)
- Strong expertise in processes tools and technology
- High level of reliability and flexibility
- Quick learner with strong motivation
- Experience or training background is considered an advantage
- Exemplary professional behavior
- Helpful communicative and willing to go the extra mile
