Job Summary

CloserHire is partnering with a leading global professional services company to recruit a German-Speaking PMO Project Coordinator for its growing Delivery Network team in Sofia Bulgaria. Youll play a key role in coordinating project activities ensuring governance standards are met supporting project delivery and collaborating with global stakeholders in a dynamic multicultural environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support projects in line with established PMO standards ensuring delivery within scope timeline and budget
  • Apply PMO methodologies governance frameworks and project management best practices across multiple initiatives
  • Develop and maintain project plans schedules resource allocations and key deliverables
  • Monitor project progress identify risks and issues and support timely resolution
  • Prepare and present project status reports KPIs and performance metrics to stakeholders
  • Facilitate project governance meetings risk assessments and lessons-learned sessions
  • Support budgeting forecasting and resource planning activities
  • Maintain accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
  • Drive continuous improvements to PMO processes tools and reporting
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing PMO communications and training initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Fluent English
  • Fluent German 35 years of experience in Project Management PMO or a similar role
  • Experience working with Azure DevOps (ADO) Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Project
  • Proven ability to manage projects throughout the full project lifecycle using established PMO methodologies
  • Strong organizational analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience with budgeting forecasting and resource planning
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across international and cross-functional teams
  • Interest in digital technologies and continuous professional development
