Youll spend most of it on provide support via chat and ticketing to players experiencing technical gameplay or account-related issues use a player-first approach to handle each case individually and empathetically identify recurring issues and bugs flagging them to the appropriate internal teams collaborate with an international team of fellow gamers to ensure the support environment feels friendly and player-oriented maintain a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm in all interactions and keep up to date with new features and updates across all supported game titles.

Were looking for someone with native or fluent in German (C1) and strong command of English (B2 minimum) genuine interest in gaming and player communities ability to approach player concerns with empathy patience and problem-solving strong communication and interpersonal skills Understanding of Player support services or customer service principles detail-oriented and able to follow internal policies and guidelines and team player attitude with a proactive mindset.
