Job Title: German & English-speaking Logistics & Delivery Advisor
Location: Sofia Bulgaria (Hybrid 1 week/month in office)
Employment Type: Full-time
About the Role:
We are currently looking for German and English-speaking professionals to join a growing international team in Sofia this role you will support logistics and delivery operations ensuring smooth communication and high-quality service for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support related to logistics and delivery processes
- Communicate with customers via phone email or chat
- Resolve delivery issues and ensure timely solutions
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and cases
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality
Requirements:
- Fluent or native-level German (C1)
- Good command of English (B2)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid model (1 week/month in Sofia office)
- Flexibility to work MondaySaturday within 08:0021:00
Offer:
- Gross salary: 1535/month
