Our client is a global technology company specializing in the acquisition development and management of software products. The company operates with international teams and leverages innovative technologies and artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance the quality efficiency and growth of its software solutions.

On their behalf we are looking for an ITSM / ITIL Consultant with German to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing and improving ITSM processes (Incident Problem Change Service Request etc.)
  • Identifying process gaps and defining sustainable improvements.
  • Working closely with service owners operations and management stakeholders.
  • Supporting SLA/KPI reporting and continuous service optimization.
  • Contributing to audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
  • Leading workshops and training sessions for operational teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT Service Management (ITSM).
  • Strong practical knowledge of ITIL processes.
  • Experience in regulated industries (banking/finance/insurance).
  • Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow Jira SM HP SM etc.)
  • German language skills (C1 level required).
  • Consulting mindset and stakeholder communication skills.
  • ITIL certification is considered a strong advantage.
