Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
- Moderate content across various platforms ensuring it meets community guidelines and company standards.
- Review user-generated content including text images and videos to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Detect and remove inappropriate or harmful content (e.g. offensive language graphic content or policy violations).
- Provide feedback on content trends and report any emerging issues.
- Work collaboratively with the moderation team to ensure effective handling of all content.
Requirements:
- Fluent Italian (written and spoken) & good English skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to make quick sound decisions.
- Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism.
- Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- No prior experience required training will be provided.

Location & Schedule:
- Sofia Bulgaria on-site position.
- Rotational shifts: Monday-Sunday8 hours per week and 40 hours per weekcovering a 24-hour period (00:00 - 00:00).
