Inside Sales Representative

Interview Process: 20-min Recruiter call 60-min Hiring Manager interview (includes a mock sales call details shared in advance) Role Overview: A B2B Inside Sales role supporting myPOS (payments/fintech) focused on driving new revenue winning clients and building pipeline through both inbound and outbound activity. Key Responsibilities: Engage inbound leads generate outbound opportunities (cold calling prospecting) Act as a consultative payments expert Own the full sales cycle close deals and hit targets Manage pipeline and activity via HubSpot CRM Build and maintain long-term client relationships In one line: (Approx 1405 net) base Before bonus Health Insurance MultiSport Card Revenue-driven sales role combining inbound outbound with full ownership of pipeline and closing.

Requirements:

• Native or fluent French speaker with C1-level English both oral and written
• Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales outbound sales or business development including cold calling and deal closing
• Strong phone-based sales skills with confidence in handling objections and closing deals
• Experience using CRM systems; HubSpot knowledge is an advantage
