Job Summary
A Tech client in Sofia Bulgaria is looking for a Icelandic-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team.
Youll help users of a major digital platform with account and product support.
Work model: On-Site.
Compensation: 1945.
Start date: 25/Sep/26.
Relocation support is available for candidates moving from abroad.
Welcome bonus paid after 3rd/6th month EU-eligible only.
Your daily tasks will include responding to customer enquiries across multiple channels documenting each case accurately and flagging anything unusual to a supervisor.
Were looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Icelandic and are comfortable working in English day to day.
Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential as full training is provided.
