About the role

We are looking for a Growth & Performance Marketing Expert who combines performance marketing expertise analytical thinking and a passion for digital products to drive customer acquisition and subscription growth.

In this role you will own the full digital acquisition journey from planning and launching multi-channel campaigns to optimizing conversion funnels improving customer journeys and leveraging data-driven insights to maximize business impact.

You will work closely with Business Product and Design teams to translate business objectives into effective marketing initiatives and continuously experiment with new ways to grow digital subscription services.

Key responsibilities

• Drive customer acquisition through high-performing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

• Plan launch and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta Google TikTok and other digital advertising platforms.

• Build and optimize customer acquisition funnels to improve conversion and subscription growth.

• Set up and maintain tracking using GA4 GTM Firebase and other analytics tools to ensure accurate performance measurement.

• Analyze paid CRM and organic marketing performance identifying opportunities to improve ROAS CAC and conversion rates.

• Develop and automate CRM campaigns to increase customer engagement and support retention.

• Analyze subscription flows and run conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives to improve business results.

• Collaborate with the Design team on creative concepts marketing assets and content production for campaigns and digital channels.

• Partner with Business and Product teams to align marketing activities with business goals product capabilities and customer needs.

• Explore and leverage AI tools to streamline campaign execution reporting content creation and user segmentation.

Design team

• Developing creative concepts campaign assets social media content and marketing materials.

Product team

• Understanding platform features streaming capabilities subscription flows billing processes and customer experience.

What were looking for

• 4 years of experience in performance marketing digital acquisition or growth marketing roles with hands-on ownership of campaign execution.

• Proven experience managing multi-channel paid media campaigns with measurable business impact and ROI.

• Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads Meta Ads Manager TikTok Ads and other relevant channels.

• Experience working with analytics and marketing technologies such as GA4 GTM Firebase Data Studio and CRM platforms.

• Experience with B2C subscription services e-commerce businesses or digital agencies supporting similar clients would be a strong advantage.
