We are looking for a German-speaking Player Support Specialist to join an international gaming project in Sofia Bulgaria.
You will support players with their inquiries and help provide a smooth and positive gaming experience.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist players with account and service-related inquiries
- Provide clear and professional customer support
- Resolve player issues efficiently and accurately
- Ensure a positive player experience throughout each interaction
Requirements
- Fluent German
- Fluent English
- Eligible to work in the EU
- Willing to work on-site in Sofia
- Comfortable working rotational shifts
- Interest in gaming is a plus
