CloserHire is partnering with a leading international company to recruit German-speaking Customer Support Specialists for an international project supporting a leading sportswear this role you will provide pre- and post-purchase customer support via email voice and chat. You will assist customers with inquiries related to products orders and general account questions ensuring a professional and high-quality customer experience. This is a full-time on-site position in Sofia with no options for home office or hybrid work .

Qualifications:
